Boxman Industries roots in container conversions run deep. For over the years, our team has dedicated to bringing innovative container-based projects to life. What started as a vision to do things differently has grown into a team made up of experienced project managers and hardworking blue-collar professionals who know how to get the job done right.
At BXI, we specialize in building container conversions based on the designs our clients bring to us, or by modifying proven layouts we've successfully delivered in the past. Project Management & Scheduling
At Boxman Industries, every project is backed by a dedicated project manager who ensures your build stays on track from start to finish. We begin by reviewing your design, setting clear milestones, and creating a detailed production schedule tailored to your timeline. Throughout the process, your project manager serves as your main point of contact- providing regular updates, coordinating with our production team, and making sure every detail meets our standards for quality and efficiency. Our structured approach keeps things moving smoothly, so your container is delivered on time and built exactly to spec.
Welding & Fabrication
The welding and fabrication stage is where your container transformation begins. Our skilled fabricators start by cutting and reinforcing the steel structure based on your design- creating openings for doors, windows, and other key features. Every weld is done with precision to ensure structural integrity, safety, and long-term durability. This phase lays the foundation for the rest of the build, it all starts here-with strong steel and expert hands.
Interior Build- Out
Once the structure is in place, our interior team brings your space to life. Skilled carpenters handle framing, insulation, wall paneling, and built-in features like desks, counters, and shelving. Our electricians install lighting, outlets, and climate control systems to ensure the space is fully functional and up to code. From flooring and trim to paint and final details, every finish is completed with care to deliver a clean, professional interior that's built to perform and made to last.
Exterior Finishing & Quality Control
As the final step in the build, your unit is finished with durable exterior paint that meet your branding needs. Once the finishing touches are complete, we conduct a full final inspection and test the systems, to insure the container is fully functional and ready for delivery. This final check ensures your space looks sharp, performs reliably, and meets the expectations set from day one.
Delivery
We partner with trusted third-party trucking companies to ensure your container is delivered safely and on time, no matter the destination. Our project managers coordinate every detail of the transport process to keep your project on schedule. If needed, we can also send a crew to your location to assist with setup, placement, and any final adjustments-making sure your unit is fully operational and ready to use as soon as it arrives.
